The part on setting project goals was really practical.
I liked the realistic planning examples. I just wish there were a couple more sample timelines to copy from.
The scope and task breakdown section made the whole project feel much easier to organize.
The course explains project steps in a simple way, especially how to plan work for a first project. A few more exercises would’ve been nice, but it still felt very usable.
